Consumer lead tracking system :
The system imports consumer leads from the company’s web sites and various magazine ads. The client is able to create automated e-mails and respond to the consumer requests with the nearest dealers within provided zip code. The system generates statistical reports for the most active regions in the country for marketing purpose.

Production planning system: The system interfaces with the JD Edwards accounting and ERP application and provides the ability to create a detail planning and forecasting system for the company.

The production schedule is based on weekly sales and inventory on hand. The system also allows comparison between current sales figures with those of prior year’s data to help identify the trends in annual sales.
